Media Folder view does not sort correctly:
- directory names containing non-ascii (utf8) characters are (sorted and)
listed *after* directory names containing ascii-only characters;
- filenames containing non-ascii (utf8) characters are (sorted and) listed
*before* filenames containing ascii-only characters, but not always: some
non-ascii filenames can be found at the *end* of the sorted list (I have even
seen both cases together).

This bug does *not* affect the sorting of tags scanned into the database, only
the Media Folder view.
