Connect new libgcc_eh and libgcc_s to the build

The attached patch disables gnu/lib/libgcc and uses lib/libgcc_eh, lib/libgcc_s
(using compiler-rt and LLVM libunwind) when MK_LLVM_LIBUNWIND is set.
