Remove null references in wxPGProperty

Don't forget to bump PORTREVISION to force package rebuild.

- 9.3 i386 + 9.3 amd64 (GCC 4.2.1 patched)
- 10.1 i386 + 10.3 amd64 (Clang 3.4.1)
- 11.0 i386 (Clang 3.8)

Basic runtime check - OK on 9.3 i386 + 11.0 i386 (jail).
