@Rainer, Using "category/port:" in this case "lang/php70:" at the beginning of
a Summary/Title when creating a new issue ensures that it gets assigned to the
correct MAINTAINER automatically.

Please also include long bodies of text (like build or error logs,
configuration files, etc) as attachments instead of pasting them as comments,
as it makes the issue much easier to follow.
