For now I think it would be better to restrict this to the ports that need to
be updated (currently libgcrypt and nss).  You can just set MASTER_SITES in
their Makefile:

MASTER_SITES= CENTOS/centos/${LINUX_DIST_VER}/cr/x86_64/Packages
