proposed patch

The zsh completions distributed with git are superseded by a better-maintained
version distributed with zsh itself, and there's little use for the zsh
completions if zsh is not also installed.

Installation to site-functions causes the inferior git completions to override
those distributed with zsh. Moreover, because git's zsh completions look for
the corresponding bash completions in the same directories, they didn't work
anyway.
