Proposed patch for science/hdf5/pkg-plist

During the install phase, make complains that the file
/usr/ports/science/hdf5/work/stage/usr/local/lib/libhdf5_fortran.so.100.0.0 is
missing. Searching came up with
/usr/ports/science/hdf5/work/stage/usr/local/lib/libhdf5_fortran.so.100.0.1
instead, and changing the corresponding line in pkg-plist fixes the issue.
Proposed patch attached, however I should point out that I haven't examined any
closer whether this causes other problems elsewhere.
