Hi,

Attached patch updates pecl-radius to 1.4.0b1, which simply added PHP 7 support
on top of the current 1.3.0 code.

Builds fine on 10.3 amd64+i386, 11.0 amd64+i386, PHP 5.6 and PHP 7.0
Works fine on 10.3 amd64+i386.
