After trying to build port that depend on sysutils/slurm-wlm with
ports-mgmt/synth , I noticed that slurm-wlm try to create user slurm in /home ,
so it creates the directory /home/slurm which is outside LOCALBASE .
Maybe the port should display a dialog saying that the user slurm need to be
created, or else creating the user but not the directory.
