Simple update to 5.30.5.

Changes (http://lalescu.ro/liviu/fet/news.html):
- Minor bug fix in the HTML timetables, by Volker Dirr.
- Updated the Arabic translation, by Silver. 
- Minor bug fix in the HTML timetables (reported by ant7, fixed by Volker
Dirr).
- Reporting the number of broken (soft) constraints (suggested by Volker Dirr
and mercurialuser).
- Added a new example file from United Arab Emirates, by Darren McDonald.
