gitlab version 8.5.12

Run like root

cd /usr/local/www/gitlab && sudo -u git -H bundle exec rake gitlab:check
RAILS_ENV=production SANITIZE=true

Catches varios errors on default gitlab instalation. Some related to default
var directory (freebsd users /var end gitlab something in /usr/var).

bellow some error messages:
