Shar file as per documentation

This is a port of apt-cacher-ng, a caching proxy. Specialized for package
files from Linux distributors, primarily for Debian (and Debian based)
distributions but not limited to those.

It's my first port and I'm new to FreeBSD so please be gentle - but don't leave
out anything, I can take it :)
