This port is marked as 'BROKEN=unfetchable'

But it keeps coming up in the portscout report as 

Port                                            | Current version | New version
net-mgmt/weathermap                             | 1.1.1           | 28.0.0


which is odd, given that the single provided MASTER_SITES URL
(MASTER_SITES=http://netmon.grnet.gr/weathermap/dist/)
does not seem to exist.

Anyway, the current portscout notifications about this port are misleading at
best, so maybe we should add 'PORTSCOUT=ignore' ?
