net-p2p/transmission-* ports gained WOLFSSL option but it requires
security/wolfssl built with --enable-arc4. wolfssl API seems to be inconsistent
with its ABI.
$ make WITH=WOLFSSL WITHOUT=OPENSSL TRYBROKEN= net-p2p/transmission-cli
