@Jason, the issue indicated only warrants tex-dvipsk being added as a build
dependency. 

The latter consideration (is a valid backend) doesn't strictly make it a
required dependency, perhaps only an OPTION'al one.

In what manner is print/tex-dvipsk a compulsory *run-time* dependency?

Without such a case, this change should be modified to either:

* Add tex-dvipsk only in BUILD_DEPENDS
* Add tex-dvipsk as a BUILD_DEPENDS, plus OPTION'al RUN_DEPENDS
