sysutils/racktables: 0.20.10 -> 0.20.11.

This patch upgrades racktables to 0.20.11, which includes bugfixes for some
real howlers, e.g. https://bugs.racktables.org/view.php?id=1501 and severe
breakage in LDAP+tls module, which doesn't work at all.
