The change in build dependency from libjson-c.so to libfastjson.so in r417716
has broken builds according to the build logs - see
http://beefy4.nyi.freebsd.org/data/head-amd64-default/p417690_s302242/logs/errors/rsyslog-8.19.0.log
for details.

Since the change, the package has been missing from at least the package repo
for 10.x, which seems unfortunate.
