[Bug 210648] sysutils/slurm-wlm build hangs

It hangs in man1/sview.1, man5/wiki.conf.1 and man8/spank.1. Each is the last
file in the directory. It seems there is a problem to change the directories.
But it builds with poudriere (seems an enviroment "thing").
