patch adds rc.d/gnatsd script

Attached is a patch to install an rc.d script to start/stop the nats server.

I wasn't sure to name it "rc.d/nats" or "rc.d/gnatsd" but that is just a simple
search/replace to rename. I chose gnatsd since that's the name of the installed
binary that gets run. Doesn't matter to me either way.
