Update port with recent upstream fix

The doas port had a severe security bug upstream in version 5.9 which would
allow any user with permission to evelvate their priviledges to do so without
providing a valid password. This issue has been fixed upstream. The attached
patch updates our port to use the latest, fixed source from upstream.
