Path to enabling PYTHON

Qtcreator, the IDE based on Qt and for Qt, needs Python option enabled to
correctly use gdb as debugger.

This patch enable PYTHON option by default. Now, every developer, that needs
qtcreator on FreeBSD, doesn't need to recompile gdb from ports, but can install
the package.
