Log:
  Fix usage of WITH_OPENSSL_BASE, WITH_OPENSSL_PORT and OPENSSL_PORT.

  WITH_OPENSSL_* can't be set after bsd.port.pre.mk.
  Fold all other usage into using SSL_DEFAULT == foo
