Patch to update from 0.13.4 to 0.13.5

I wanted to update the freebsd.org cluster machines from 0.12 to 0.13 and made
the leap to 0.13.5 at the same time.  I'm appending the trivial patch to make
this so.  Aside from the version bump, a directory was renamed "debian" ->
"debtpl".

I don't see any obvious "must have" fixes from the release that we need, but I
felt better about having the glob memory issues patched, just in case.
