Comment 7 is not incorrect and based on the need to fix both the head version
of the port (currently 4.9), and the quarterly branch version (currently 4.9)

That is why in comment 3 it was requested that the patch be submitted in this
issue, but it was instead added in a separate issue (bug 211275) which also
updated the version (to 5.0)

The qjail port in the quarterly branch (4.9) is also affected by the bug
reported here. The quarterly branch version of the port needs to be fixed, but
the quarterly branch does not take version updates, unless they are also
security fixes [1]

That is whyt we highly recommend separating changes/issues/patches that fix
bugs or make changes, to those that update versions.

Therefore the patch in this issue needs to be committed to head (4.9), then
merged to the quarterly branch (4.9 version of the port), and then the head
version of the port updated to 5.0 (via bug 211275)
