Any invocation of pskgen fails with a syntax error.

    % pskgen --help
    syntax error at /usr/local/sbin/pskgen line 67, near "do Getopts("
    Execution of /usr/local/sbin/pskgen aborted due to compilation errors.

The port also reports

    pkg: POST-INSTALL script failed

on install because pskgen is invoked from the plist.
