Suggested update

The mastersite is pointing to a location which is used for rolling releases.
Current distfile is fetched from distcache instead.

Suggested changes are attached.
* Changed mastersite to avoid fetching rolling releases
* devel/vasm: Update to 1.7e
* Removed broken test syntax
