tmux 2.2 patch

- This patch change MASTER_SITES to GH

- Removed `files/patch-server-client.c`: this patch merged into upstream
already.

- Example files change: the `examples` dir gone.
    Now we only have `${WRKSRC}/example_tmux.conf`

- Bash completion file moved to single repo, so I removed it in this port.
  (I'm also curious about: if we want to keep the bash completion file, how to
make this in ports system?)
