patch

This patch does the following:
* Adds post-patch target patching /usr/local -> ${PREFIX}.
* Adds an explanation to the package message where the plugin directory is and
how to view the data in a graph form.
* Changes the command to manipulate /etc/rc.conf to use sysrc(8).
* Changes "bourne shell" -> "Bourne shell" in pkg-descr.
