devel/py-rebulk shar file

ReBulk is a python library that performs advanced searches in strings that
would be hard to implement using re module or String methods only.

It includes some features like Patterns, Match, Rule that allows developers to
build a custom and complex string matcher using a readable and extendable API.

This is needed by new versions of multimedia/py-guessit, which in turn is
needed by multimedia/py-subliminal, which is the reason I made the port.

It builds, installs, deinstalls and works fine on my system:FreeBSD 10.3-BETA3
#0 r296162 amd64 and also passes the portlint-checks for new ports. Further
that that, I don't really know what I'm doing, so be patient with me. :)
