mongodb32 fixes

FreeBSD 9, even with GCC 4.9, cannot build MongoDB without errors, so setting <
FreeBSD to IGNORE.

32-bit failed to build due to the WiredTiger engine only working on 64-bit, so
added an  exclude option for 32bit, with it enabled by default no 64bit.
