Lua 5.0 was released in 2003, and the last version was 5.0.3 released in 2006
[1]

Given Lua 5.0 is no longer updated, including for bug or security fixes, has
not been updated in over 9 years, and it is relatively trivial to upgrade to
lua 5.1 (in terms of code compatibility (comment 1), it cannot be support
officially within the ports tree.

Having said that, you may checkout the last revision of the lang/lua50 port
before it was deleted in revision 334218 [2] using subversion
