patch to install libns

Currently, ns plugin is built but not installed by synergy.
It is required for enabling crypto.

With the attached patch, we can start synergy with
 synergys --enable-crypto --plugin-dir /usr/local/lib/synergy
to have the ns plugin loaded and crypto enabled.
(Key pair must be created beforehand according to
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/synergy#Arch_Linux_2)

It depends on openssl which is included in the base system, but a clear
dependency may be required.
