Update net-mgmt/lldpd to 0.9.0
Dear commiters
Here is a patch that updates the lldpd port to 0.9.0, this time not
security-related.
Followin tests done:
- Passed poudriere testport on 9.3 and 10.2 jails for i386 and amd64
- Passed a quick runtime test on 10.2 amd64 against an LLDP-capable switch.
The PIE option is not yet enabled since I haven't found a definitive answer
about the FreeBSD support for PIE binaries for all the supported architectures.
Upstream writes in its changelog that they are not confident to detect PIE
support reliably enough yet, thus it's disabled by default.
With 10.2 on amd64 PIE seemed to build and run afterwards. If there are known
architectures (all?) that do support PIE executables I may drop that option and
enable it in the standard configure parameters (or per supported architecture)
as I'd like to keep the number of switches to a necessary minimum.
Looking forward to someone for feedback and/or pushing the update.
