            Bug ID: 206352
           Summary: chromeium configuration fails
           Product: Ports & Packages
           Version: Latest
          Hardware: amd64
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Some People
          Priority: ---
         Component: Individual Port(s)
          Assignee: freebsd-ports-bugs at FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: dgilbert at eicat.ca

I installed chromium 47.0.2526.106 on my new-ish desktop box running 10.2.
Curiously, chromium works save it's ability to let you log in (among other
things).

When started, Chromium claims it cannot access the configuration.

I have tried removing both ~/.config/chromium and ~/.cache/chromium. These
have no effect --- they're recreated and populated, but chromium still
complains and still refuses to enable logging in.

I suppose it's possible that this is a nfsv3 mounted home directory causing the
problem --- but no other permissions have a problem and NFS has been the
networking of choice in my house for ~20 years.

That, and the fact that it does create and populate the directories before
complaining about it.
