help2man port build log

Using the latest poudriere-devel (DISTVERSION=3.1.99.20151204,
GH_TAGNAME=3.0-1596-g9dc9ca4), port building fail with

qemu: uncaught target signal 11 (Segmentation fault) - core dumped

I was told by bruno on bsdmips that it was related to a MAKE_JOBS line in
/etc/make.conf but couldn't figure it out.
