Hi Chris,
ports-mgmt/tinderbox at version 4.2 since Aug 2014
ports-mgmt/tinderbox-devel is at version 4.0.0.b2 for 3 years (Jan 2013)

Normally when -devel is older than stable it's at least marked IGNORE to avoid
confusion.  Since this -devel is stagnant for 3 years, I'd say it's a candidate
for removal (especially since stable is also stagnant).
