Find attached my patch (maintainer) to update math/clfft to release 2.8.

One "regression" is that upstream does not seem to support 32bit builds any
longer. This is not so severe for us as the OpenCL ports are i386/amd64 only
and arguably only of relevance for 64bit.

The patch has been tested to build with poudriere on 9.3/10.1/CURRENT. The
library has been tested to work on CURRENT using pocl.
