-More verbose warning on trying to set an entry name.
                 -Fix various instances of keys being used ona hashref.
                 -Various POD cleanups.
                 -bin/toader-migrate will now ignore anything in the directory
matching /^\./
                 -add missing newlines to bin/toader-entry for --help
                 -bin/toader-dir now exits and errors if -a is not given
                 -Fix improper init of Toader::Gallery in
Toader::Render::General
                 -Add support for Tags in Toader::Render::Entry and add the
methods below.
