let's choose qhull and fix pkgconfig

math/plplot depends on the legacy math/qhull5, and since this port conflicts
with the new one, it is impossible to install together math/plplot and
math/qhull. The proposed patch fixes that.

Since I'm there, also fix PKG_CONFIG_DIR.
