Update net/py-kombu to 3.0.32

The most recent release is 3.0.32, while our ports still installs 3.0.29.

The particular problem I'm having with the older version is mentioned here:

-- and it is reported as fixed in kombu-3.0.30.

My patch also changes the WWW-line in pkg-descr.

The update seems trivial, please, take a look.
