scanning/deleting datasets for old snpahsots instead of pools

For the records, add updated patch after yearly option was added upstream.
Author hasn't answered, but cleaning snapshots doesn't work for me out of the
box, so if other also see snapshots not beeing removed, here's a simple patch
which solves the problem.
