Hi Daniel,
requesting that somebody (TM) write a new port (and presumably also volunteer
to be the maintainer as it's against the rules to introduce a new port without
a maintainer) is not the intended use of the ports bugzilla.  It's similar to
requesting updates to existing ports which the guidelines state not to do.

Anyway, I guess the most appropriate place for this would be:

The history suggests that you directed this to osa@ who silently removed
himself from the PR so I think closing the PR is appropriate.
