Patch to add a txtwrite driver option to print/ghostscript9-base

Ghostscript supports a text output driver since version 9.05. The attached
patch adds a port option for it (defaults to on).

print/ghostscript9-agpl-base should probably be changed too. The patch applies
there as well (with some fuzz).
