Replace expr with commands provided by bash itself.
The problem seems to be with the expr-utility, which does not understand the
match-command.
I really wonder, why this is needed at all, given that bash provides all the
necessary commands internally.
The attached patch for /usr/local/share/geogebra/geogebra/geogebra seems to fix
the issues in the script, but still leaves a problem with a library.
