Sorry about that. A lot has changed since my last PR a few years ago. My
Makefile was patched automagically. The Makefile in the portsdir was also
changed without me (staging and ncurses-stuff).
So I tought: lets simplify things again. Now I realize that that was unwise.
How do we go from here? My suggestion: close this one and I'll submit another
with just a changed MASTERSITES and MAINTAINER.
