freeswitch-1.7.0.shar
This is a port for git jira freeswitch devel 1.7.0 that builds all default
required freeswitch modules plus the start to some framework to add additional
modules that are not built automatically by default with a options uses menu.
this port uses no patches to build freeswitch or any of it's modules. it has
options for core database selection like odbc or pgsql (for fusionpbx port
compatability), ldap, ssl, zrtp encrpytion and some others.
the only thing it doesn't do is install default sounds. that optioning code
can be taken directly from the head/net/freeswitch(1.6.6) port tho.
this port and my methods and maintenence is being backed by numerous freeswitch
developers such ask SwK, MikeJ and some i can't remember. it's also being
support by mcrane from the fusionpbx project. i also have a port for fusionpbx
4.2 to submit as well.
the freeswitch team and i plan to work together to make things gnu/bsd sane,
elegent and most importantly patchless and maintain compatability across
architectures as a result so i do hope you add this port either as -1.7.0 or
-devel. both bapt at freebsd.org and adrian at freebsd.org know who i am and that I
have done some work and patches on the portrs framework in the past.
I haven't had much time to spend making this perfect yet and i'm going away for
3 months tomorrow but i will still be able to do commits from time to time.
