New infrastructure

Dear mcollective-nrpe-agent maintainer,

The attached shar file updates to the latest available version.  While we
prefer diff to shar file for updates, I chose to use a shar file because of the
refactoring of the port: upstream now provides deb / rpm packages and this new
setup will allow FreeBSD to provide packages with matching names and
functionalities.

Please note that I do not use NRPE and could not test that the update is
actually working as expected.
