patch to update math/saga from 2.2.4 to 2.2.6

SAGA GIS 2.2.6 comes with many bug fixes, better linkage to wxGtk, removal of
non-unicode, date parameter fixes and supplements and many more.

The port math/saga should
- Update from 2.2.4 to 2.2.6 (2.2.5 was faulty)
- Using new desktop file instead defining one
- New places for data files, especially for toolchains
- Now with hicolor application icons
- Brazilian language added


Tested with Poudriere (F093i/a, F10.2a and HEADa), also 'portlint -AC' is fine.
