FreeDiameter Server v1.2.0 port implementation (with options  and rc script)

Dear Sirs, based on e-mails I've sent/received to/from Nikola Kolev, here it
goes a port implementation for FreeDiameter Server v1.2.0 (with options, rc
script,etc), in order to get a running service out-of-the box.
