Patch

====> Running Q/A tests (stage-qa)
Error: '//usr/local/bin/munger' is an invalid shebang you need USES=shebangfix
for 'share/munger-5.7/fmt.munger'

Patch fixes this. Since you're the upstream, you could just remove extra
slashes from shebangs themselves.
